Located on the coconut-shaped island in Baa Atoll, Kihaa Maldives is surrounded by lush green vegetation, white sandy beaches and a corral reef. The resort has an outdoor swimming pool and offers relaxing spa treatments.

Villas at Kihaa Maldives are luxuriously decorated and equipped with a flat-screen TV. Views of the white sand beach and sparkling ocean can be enjoyed from large windows. The spacious en suite bathrooms come with a bathtub.

Absolutely breathtaking resort
The staff were so helpful, they couldn't do enough for you! We were greeted with hot towels and complimentary drinks before being taken to our villa which was absolutely lovely! The resort itself was amazing, so beautiful!! There were plenty of excursions and activities to keep busy, just a shame we weren't there longer!! From the moment we arrived in the Maldives there was a resort representative there ready to help sort everything out to get us to the resort, it made the transfer so easy and stress-free!
Not many vegetarian food options, but the food that we did have was great! The beds were also a little bit hard for my liking but this is just my opinion!

My conclusion: I like the location the horizon pool bar, the presentation about the manta ray, staff at the bar, the hou
-I like the face of the island is small and you can visit all the place by walk. it is close to Hanifaru bay perhaps that the reason why they over charge and the service is not meet the expectation. -the coral reef around the hotel is amazing, you can do snorkeling by yourself however, you have to take care of yourself. -there is also a shark feeding station take place almost every day 18:30 if I am not wrong. -The bartender at the pool the Indian and Balinese guys both are amazing, I totally forgot his name that only person me and my couple were comfortable with. -The dive trip that we took during our stay was amazing. I like the hotel but there are so many thing that they need to improve.
-It is over priced, old style resort. A lot of the area under renovation and a lot of maintenance and construction guy walked around the resort at some point as a woman walking alone I feel uncomfortable and unsafe. -Start with the arrival day, It was very gloomy day we arrived with rain shower, no car no umbrella, we walked to the reception wet. the staff already apologized but for me it was the almost the end of raining season and it was raining everyday during our stay so they could plan better. -the food was so limited option and limited time for the restaurant, they also open quite late. My first night was so surprise as people are standing by the restaurant area waiting for restaurant to open for them to enter, poor kid was hungry waiting for dinner. -The meal option mostly Indian style food that the only thing is good, they have Italian night Chinese night as well but the chef need to learn more how to cook different type of food that they are offering taste and presentation. -I also experienced went to restaurant 1 hour later after it opened, Some food was empty and I asked the staff are you going to refill it and got shock with the answer of the staff” I ll asking my supervisor “. but finally they replenished it. -in the buffet restaurant you can not make your own coffee or tea as it have to request with the staff and you will get instant coffee instead if you not pay for all inclusive. I have been to Maldives more than 10 times in different hotel. this place is the first time I experienced having an instant coffee in the buffet restaurant while other hotel they offering a fresh brew coffee to the customers, fresh brew not espresso . I am not talking about a brand, this is a basic thing that a hotel restaurant should provide to guest.

we were really impressed with the lovely staff, so helpful and friendly, and doing very thing possible to make our stay
We loved the villa plunge pool right next to the beach with a view of the beautiful sea.
we loved the resort, but parts of it could benefit from repainting and renovating. I’m sure the investment will happen as more visitors come post-covid.
